Follow this easy guide to making and transferring calls and using Voicemail

If you need to make an outgoing call just pick up the handset or press the speaker key, dial the number then press #. If you want to place a call on hold press the Hold button then press the flashing green line key button to reconnect the caller.

When transferring a call, press the Transfer button and dial the Extension number e.g. 200. When the call is answered, tell them who is on the line then hang up your phone and the call will be transferred.

You can retrieve your Voicemail by pressing the Message key button. If you want to record a greeting press the Message key button, then press 0, select unavailable message and record your greeting. Save your greeting by pressing # then 1 to accept. Your Voicemail is activated if the phone line is busy or you are unable to answer the call within 10 seconds.
